Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for residential and commercial pest control routes
Lead, train, and develop technicians (ride-along, coaching, performance feedback)
Improve route efficiency, scheduling, productivity, and retention
Ensure compliance with safety standards and state regulations (IPM, chemical handling, documentation)
Handle customer escalations and drive service quality/customer satisfaction
Oversee inventory, equipment, vehicles, and supply readiness
Track and report KPIs (callbacks, route performance, customer ratings, revenue targets)
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians
Qualification
Required
3+ years pest control experience with leadership/supervisory responsibility
Strong knowledge of IPM (Integrated Pest Management)
Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and resolve issues quickly
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Comfortable using scheduling/CRM software and reporting metrics
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Texas pest control license/certifications (or ability to obtain)
