Responsibilities
Assemble wooden trusses according to specifications
Read Blueprints
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Lift, carry, and position truss components (up to 50 lbs frequently)
Inspect materials and finished trusses for quality and accuracy
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualification
Required
Must have valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
Able to read blueprints or follow assembly instructions
Comfortable with repetitive physical work
Team player with good communication skills
Basic math skills
Physical dexterity; able to lift and move heavy materials
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Prior truss or construction experience preferred
