Responsibilities
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Operate angiographic imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
Prepare and maintain all necessary imaging devices ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Monitor patients and provide support throughout procedures to optimize care and outcomes
Document procedural activities accurately and maintain sterile technique
Participate in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
1+ year of Cath Lab experience
Proficient in imaging techniques specific to the cardiac catheterization laboratory
Experience working in a fast-paced cardiovascular setting
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures
Ability to operate and maintain cath lab equipment effectively
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent
