Responsibilities
Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams according to established protocols
Maintain quality control and assurance standards in compliance with MQSA and ACR regulations
Assist with DEXA bone density testing as needed
Engage in patient preparation and education to ensure comfort and understanding during procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging results
Qualification
Required
Degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification)
Minimum 1+ years Imaging experience
ARRT certification in Mammography (ARRT M) or Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography credential
Minimum of one year experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography exams
Basic knowledge of MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) and ACR (American College of Radiology) guidelines
Understanding of mammography quality control and quality assurance processes
Preferred
Familiarity with DEXA bone density testing
Experience with Fuji imaging equipment
