Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and invoice reviews while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor contract funding levels, utilization forecasts, and invoicing milestones
Provide financial insight for budgeting and develop models for cash flow and long-term planning
Identify automation opportunities and maintain internal SOPs and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Proven background in financial operations and compliance
Strong understanding of budgeting, risk management, and financial systems
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
Preferred
Familiarity with federal contracting or auditing contractors is strongly preferred
