Responsibilities
Own Tier 3 escalations end-to-end
Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and networking issues
Deploy and manage SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti switches/WAPs
Support Hyper-V and Intune environments
Participate in infrastructure deployments and client projects
Document work clearly and communicate effectively with clients
Qualification
Required
MSP Experience Required
Must live in NW, West, or SW Houston
Recent MSP experience is required
7+ years of hands-on IT experience
Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills
Solid networking background (SonicWall, Ubiquiti)
Experience with Hyper-V and Intune
Comfortable working in ConnectWise
