As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will architect alliances with prime contractors and mission partners to drive long-term revenue growth while ensuring program success through deep, trusted partnerships.
Responsibilities
Relationship Architect: Transform initial discovery into high-value partnerships using structured engagement methodologies
Strategic Growth: Build a pipeline capable of sustaining 50% year-over-year growth
Mission Alignment: Identify and cultivate decision-makers (PMs, VPs, Chief Engineers) to bridge capability gaps in critical defense programs
Collaboration: Partner with technical leadership to deploy resources and transition relationships into successful program deliveries
Qualification
Required
10+ years in business development or partnership development within Aerospace & Defense
Deep understanding of the defense contracting ecosystem, program lifecycles, and subcontracting
A commitment to 'Extreme Ownership' and a drive to understand partner challenges before offering solutions
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, 'employee-first' culture that values results over clock-watching
