Customer Service Representative (Traffic / Logistics)
Staff Force Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to act as a key liaison between customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments. The CSR will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory movement, and provide timely updates to customers while ensuring strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor and track shipments for multiple customers, including warehouse transfers, transportation contracts, appointments, inventory levels, and product weights
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers regarding the status of goods in transit
Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the system
Provide order status updates and shipment information to customers
Attend and respond to customer service calls, emails, and inquiries
Acknowledge and follow up on FDA notifications as required
Prepare monthly reports summarizing warehouse movements and inventory activity
Download and verify daily product data from store personnel
Monitor product stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management
Control and track sample shipments
Report and manage empty box counts with carriers
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure corrective actions are completed
Perform administrative support tasks including correspondence preparation, filing, copying, and report preparation
Complete service-related forms, contract documentation, address changes, and service interruption requests
Determine service charges, billing arrangements, and assist with payment or deposit collection when applicable
Contact customers to provide claim resolutions, investigation results, or service adjustments
Identify opportunities to promote new or additional products and services
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to multitask and shift priorities efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Proficient with computer systems, including email, spreadsheets, and order-entry software
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts as business needs require
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field (customer service, logistics, traffic, warehouse coordination, or transportation preferred)
