Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Sales with a strong ability to meet customer needs and close deals
Knowledge in Finance and Insurance, particularly related to life insurance and financial planning products
Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and relationship-building capabilities
Motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
Applicable state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain licensing within the first 90 days
Preferred
Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
