Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners
Identifying opportunities to grow partnerships
Managing partner accounts
Ensuring high levels of customer service
Conducting sales outreach
Developing strategies to engage potential partners
Promoting Impact Health Sharing's solutions effectively to targeted healthcare partners
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners
Experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with an ability to manage relationships and resolve concerns effectively
Proficiency in Sales and building relationships with Channel Partners to drive business growth
Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with technology platforms or CRM tools is a plus
