Prospect & Develop: Identify and target high-potential clients within the tech industry and other aligned verticals
Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and close
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for expansion
Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to align sales opportunities with delivery capacity and client requirements
Strategic Growth: Develop compelling outreach and messaging strategies to position New Wave Staffing as a premier partner for technology and data solutions
Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals by consistently driving new business and growing existing accounts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales and recruiting, preferably within the tech staffing and workforce solutions industry
Deep understanding of the technology staffing landscape, recruiting cycles, and client pain points
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven by results. You thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
