New Grad, Entry Level7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative Float to deliver exceptional service across multiple branch locations. This role involves processing member transactions, ensuring compliance with policies, and building positive relationships with members through effective communication and service.

Responsibilities
Accurately process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and account maintenance
Ensure compliance with cash handling and check processing policies
Meet referral and sales goals for deposits, loans, and member services
Greet members professionally and provide outstanding service experience
Assist with a variety of account services including:
Savings bond redemption
Visa cash advances
ATM card issuance, qualification, and lost/stolen card support
Remote delivery product applications and issue resolution
Account openings, closures, and ownership changes
IRA deposits and payroll/ACH setup
Fraud claim reporting related to ATM, ACH, and check transactions
Balance cash drawer and terminal daily
Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and resources
Travel to other branches as needed to support operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
High accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and positive attitude
Ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and manage time effectively
Proficient with calculators and Windows-based computer systems
Willingness to participate in ongoing training
Must be bondable
Ability to travel between branches as business needs dictate
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and communicate
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds periodically
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
