This role provides direct patient care to obstetric patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting labor, delivery, postpartum care, and patient education.

Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to obstetric patients
Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
Ensure compliance with all patient safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active California RN license upon hire
BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
NRP certification upon hire
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Preferred
Experience in Obstetrics or Labor & Delivery
