Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions
Define and validate accounting design in SAP S/4HANA
Oversee configuration and testing activities
Guide deployment through go-live and stabilization
Operate independently
Mentor other consultants
Provide delivery leadership across distributed onshore and offshore teams
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA (1709 or higher)
Proven experience serving as a Lead, Senior Consultant, or Manager on SAP FICO projects
Strong configuration expertise across AP, AR, GL, Cost Center Accounting, Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, and Bank Accounting
Balanced FI and CO skillset with end-to-end ownership of the FICO workstream
Experience leading 3–4+ full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations
SAP Fiori experience supporting core finance and accounting processes
Prior consulting experience with a management or IT consulting firm
Experience working directly with client stakeholders and leading solution design discussions
Exposure to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations
Bachelor's degree required; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
Willingness to support high-travel (80–85%) delivery models
