Technical Support & Guest Experience Specialist
Immersive Gamebox is redefining social gaming experiences through cutting edge technology. The VOC Specialist will oversee inbound venue issues, manage customer tickets, and drive guest experience while ensuring excellent support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the first-line of support for technical & operational queries from our venues and simultaneously handle inbound customer communications
Prioritising queries in accordance to importance and impact to our venues and/or guests
Learn, build and keep an up-to-date knowledge base of solutions used to tackle various tickets
Follow troubleshooting procedures to reinforce consistent customer service across the fleet
Adhere to targets on inbound communications for response, handling and resolution times whilst keeping the quality delivery high
Helping guests with FAQs and promoting the experience
Completing additional tasks with appropriate training
Qualification
Required
2+ years as a support agent or specialist in hospitality or entertainment
Hands on support style and customer centric approach
Experience with technical and/or operational support or troubleshooting
Experience within guest experiences
