Qualification
Required
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Experience in real estate sales
Ability to handle purchase agreements and listing contracts
Strong communication skills
Desire for independence and support in lead generation
Willingness to collaborate and participate in company culture
Motivation to operate at a higher level
Preferred
Experience with co-marketing and modern marketing strategies
Familiarity with operational support systems
Previous success in closing real estate deals
Interest in community involvement and non-profit work
