Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end accounting processes, adhere to US GAAP and Chinese Accounting Standards, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and fulfill SEC, IRS and headquarters reporting requirements
Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, monitor budget execution, conduct cost analysis for power battery production, and manage capital expenditure for factory construction to optimize ROI and maximize IRA subsidies
Oversee cash flow management, bank relationship maintenance and financing initiatives; lead federal/state tax planning (income, sales, property tax) and mitigate cross-border transfer pricing risks
Establish and enforce SOX-compliant internal controls, coordinate internal/external audits, and ensure process compliance to safeguard financial assets
Lead, coach and develop the finance team; collaborate with cross-functional departments, and align financial workflows between the U.S. subsidiary and Chinese headquarters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related fields
5+ years of finance experience in U.S. manufacturing industry
2+ years in a managerial role
Proficient in US GAAP and U.S. tax regulations
Advanced Excel
Fluent in English (written & verbal, working language)
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
US CPA/CMA certification
MBA
Experience in new energy, auto parts or cross-border finance
ERP systems (SAP/Oracle NetSuite)
Familiarity with IRA Act compliance
Fluent Chinese
