GOTION HIGH-TECH is seeking a Finance Manager/Director to lead their financial operations. The role involves managing accounting processes, budgeting, cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while leading the finance team and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Lead full-set accounting processes, comply with US GAAP and Chinese Accounting Standards, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and fulfill SEC/IRS filing requirements
Organize annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cost analysis; optimize production cost structure and manage capital expenditure for factory construction, maximizing IRA subsidy benefits
Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and financing; conduct federal/state tax planning (income tax, sales tax, etc.) and mitigate cross-border transfer pricing risks
Establish SOX-compliant internal controls, coordinate internal/external audits, and ensure process compliance to prevent financial risks
Lead and develop the finance team; collaborate with cross-functional departments, and bridge financial communication between US subsidiary and Chinese headquarters

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of finance experience in US manufacturing
2+ years in supervisory roles
Proficient in US GAAP
Proficient in tax regulations
Proficient in ERP systems
Proficient in advanced Excel
Fluent in English (written & verbal, working language)
Strong leadership abilities
Strong communication abilities
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure

Preferred

US CPA/CMA
MBA
New energy/auto parts or cross-border finance experience
ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite)
Familiarity with IRA Act compliance
Fluent Chinese
