Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facilities operations for a software technology office
Monitor the condition of the facility, including office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify safety, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities
Maintain inventory of building supplies, equipment, and furniture
Schedule and track vendor services, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
Assist with desk setups, office moves, furniture arrangements, and space planning
Ensure meeting rooms, collaborative areas, and employee amenities are fully functional and properly stocked
Respond to employee facility requests and troubleshoot workplace issues
Support company safety initiatives, including fire safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with OSHA and building regulations
Support special projects and workplace improvements as assigned
Other duties as assigned

Required

2+ year of facilities or workplace operations experience in an office environment required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Proactive and professional attitude
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
This is a contract role. Must be able to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role
All applicants must be authorized to work in and currently reside in the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting corporate or technology office spaces preferred
