Establish a global operational and financial management framework that can be directly put into use
Clearly define cash flow, cost structure, profit model, and responsibility boundaries
Ensure the system is operational, monitorable, and replicable, not just a design concept
Translate the company's global strategy and business plan into actionable financial and operational support solutions
Provide clear budgets, resource allocation, and risk control mechanisms for business launches in different regions
Quickly identify and correct model deviations during the initial launch phase
Participate in the design of the global organizational structure and authorization system
Clearly define the decision-making boundaries, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths between headquarters and regions
Avoid the problem of globalized business, but uncontrolled localized management
Lead or deeply participate in the development of global financial systems, settlement systems, budgeting, and internal control mechanisms
Ensure that the system logic is highly consistent with real-world operational scenarios
Integrate compliance and risk control into the business design phase, rather than correcting them afterward
Define the most critical financial and operational metrics in the early stages of the company's global operations
Establish a global management review, retrospective analysis, and dynamic adjustment mechanism
Provide structured, actionable information support to the board of directors and management team
Qualification
Required
Over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, or general management
At least one experience participating in the complete process of a company transitioning from its founding stage to global operations
Able to clearly explain why certain financial and governance structures must be designed in advance
Able to explain which risks cannot be mitigated once the business is launched
Able to make structural judgments under limited information and tight deadlines
Able to collaborate deeply with the founding team, rather than merely acting as a 'financial gatekeeper.'
