Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for M365 tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and users
Setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a development team to ensure the highest-value features and improvements are delivered
Driving adoption, managing organizational change, and promoting best practices across the organization to enhance collaboration and productivity
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in identifying product opportunities and defining product problems
Ability to drive product solutions across Microsoft's ecosystem
Familiarity with SaaS product development and lifecycle management
Blend product management with technical program management
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and user needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders
Preferred
Market research and competitive analysis
Product road mapping and documentation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools
Data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Typically 3+ years in product management. Internships or junior PM roles are acceptable for entry-level positions
