Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals across a large property portfolio
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy
Maintain the general ledger and ensure integrity of financial records
Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Proficient in Yardi or MRI
5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in property management or real estate
Preferred
CPA designation preferred or in progress
