Responsibilities
Assist homeowners and customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries
Provide excellent customer service and sales support throughout the buying process
Create and process sales orders and invoices daily
Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
Manage customer holds and follow up in a timely manner
Build and maintain relationships with designers, developers, contractors, fabricators, and builders
Contact current and prospective customers as directed by management
Develop a strong understanding of surface products and materials
Attend industry networking events as requested
Occasionally assist with loading and unloading materials and operate a forklift when needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience
Strong data entry, organization, and follow-up skills
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimal forklift experience required
Strong work ethic and desire for long-term growth
Preferred
Experience in the home improvement or building industry preferred
Stone or surface material experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
