Client Success Specialist - Onsite - Payroll/HR
Clarity HCM is a high touch, boutique HCM company seeking innovative candidates for their Client Success Specialist positions. This role focuses on guiding clients through a successful experience, providing hands-on support and expertise in technology and client needs.

Responsibilities
Manage your assigned clients on their journeys from getting implemented onward
Maintaining the build and ongoing support of all client purchased modules
Become an expert in the technology platform and the clients assigned to you
Grow into an Executive Account Manager handling some of our highest touch clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 Years in a phone/email-based customer service role. Highly preferred at a payroll service bureau (ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Paylocity, Paycom, iSolved, UKG)
Must be in the Destin/Walton County area and able to be at office
Strong MS Office Proficiency (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Growth minded. Can pick up technology fast
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred
Prior iSolved payroll experience from a payroll/admin experience
