Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Varos Research is a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed startup looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales pipeline and booking meetings with senior operators at large enterprises.

Responsibilities
Generate pipeline: Identify, research, and reach out to target accounts through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Book qualified meetings: Get the right people on the calendar for our Strategic Accounts team
Nail the first impression: Speak credibly about Varos and understand enough about the prospect's business to earn the meeting
Iterate fast: Test messaging, learn what works, and constantly improve your approach
Hit your numbers: Own your activity and pipeline targets — no excuses
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-performance environment (startups, consulting, sports, military, etc.)
High energy and relentless work ethic — you don't stop until it's done
Sharp business IQ — you can hold your own in conversations with senior buyers
Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and in writing
Competitive and coachable — you want to win and you're hungry to learn
