Project Management Bachelor’s Intern

Responsibilities
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective
The intern will support Jira workflow management by participating in multiple daily stand-ups to report progress, identify blockers, and ensure any challenges to completing work are escalated appropriately. Responsibilities will also include cleanup and maintenance of existing Jira records
The intern will evaluate, revise, and enhance our documentation library and playbook, including desk-level procedures for offshore team members
Qualification
Required
High-level understanding of the health care industry, including health plan operations
Solid skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Effective follow-up
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred
Majors in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math/Statistics, or Healthcare Administration
