Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of new systems and the maintenance and management of current capacity, patient flow, workforce and orchestrate systems
Provide assistance to align business requirements to system capabilities, collaborating with leadership and staff on refining operational processes to maximize system functionality
Serve as a subject matter expert in the creation of reports and analyzing relevant data and metrics
Serve as a liaison between technical and functional users
Qualification
Required
Require a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related field
Require a minimum of two (2) years of experience with one (1) year of systems-related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Must be FL Resident
Position is 100% onsite at Main Campus in Sarasota. This is not a hybrid or remote role
Preferred
Prefer demonstrated functional knowledge of Logistics systems, processes, and metrics
Prefer the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
Prefer proficiency in the advanced use of microcomputer software and database queries in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PSQuery, etc.)
Prefer proven ability to work as a team member
Prefer the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Prefer the ability to take initiative, work with little supervision, and solve problems independently
Prefer proficiency in project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize or re-prioritize a variety of duties
