Responsibilities
Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and financial document management
Assist with preparing basic financial reports, summaries, and dashboards
Help track expenses, budgets, and variances
Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets
Collect, organize, and validate financial data from internal sources
Assist with reconciliations and data accuracy checks
Support forecasting and budgeting processes under supervision
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested
Help document financial processes and maintain reporting templates
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a team-player mindset
Able to pass a background check and drug test
