Responsibilities
Build and grow relationships with early learning centers, preschools, and childcare programs in your market
Use your firsthand experience to consult with directors and owners on staffing challenges and solutions
Present Jovie’s substitute staffing model as a strategic extension of their team, not just a vendor
Identify new partnership opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry involvement
Serve as a trusted advisor, speaking the language of early learning leaders because you’ve been one
Collaborate with Jovie’s operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing partner success
Represent Jovie at industry events, association meetings, and community gatherings
Qualification
Required
Has 5+ years of leadership experience in early learning, childcare, or preschool settings
Has served as a Center Director, Assistant Director, or Multi-Site Leader
Is well-known and well-respected in the local early learning community
Enjoys relationship-building, networking, and consultative conversations
Is ready to transition out of center management while staying connected to the field
Is motivated by impact, influence, and professional growth
Preferred
Sales experience is helpful but not required
