Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the Marketing Team by our core values
Perform all regular duties associated with working as an intern professionally
Responsible for learning about and understanding the Aggieland Outfitters brand
Responsible for overseeing the communications planner and updating, segmenting, and creating new communication styles
Responsible for writing all communications to drive sales while remaining on brand. (Starts but is not limited to emails, texts, PR, vendors, etc.)
Responsible for proofing all outgoing emails and text messages
Formulating subject and taglines to increase open rates and click-through rates, resulting in sales
Analyze results and modify the work through continuous testing to improve performance
Research ideas for new marketing campaigns
Participate in meetings with the various departments
Maintain positive working relationships with all company employees
Participate in company-sponsored events and networking opportunities
Any other tasks that are relevant to the field and needed by the company
Qualification
Required
Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in marketing, content creation, or sales. No professional experience is required
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrate the ability to work independently
Acute attention to detail
Preferred
Proficiency in Google is preferred
Express creativity to attract customer attention
Proficient in using Klaviyo and Attentive
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
