Support and execute month-end close processes
Prepare and post recurring journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Draft financial statements
Assist with Excel-based consolidations
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently
Qualification
Required
Strong technical accounting background
Experience supporting month-end close in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working in Excel-heavy settings
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly (Syspro preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Prior experience supporting post-acquisition or integration environments
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
