Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules for assigned initiatives
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate tasks across project team members, contractors, and vendors
Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating when needed
Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to ensure alignment and progress
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication
Track project budgets and work with leadership to address variances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, project management, or related fields
5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects from project initiation through execution and delivery
Preferred
Experience with Hospitality
Knowledge of Project Management Tools; Smartsheet preferred
Agile delivery/project management-related experience
Excellent presentation skills
Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
