Responsibilities
Analyze medical records, audit trail data, and system configurations
Produce clear, defensible written summaries from an expert perspective
Support cases where accurate interpretation of the electronic medical record is critical
Engagements accepted as schedule and interest allow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences, Health Information Management, or Technology discipline
5 or more years of hands-on Greenway Health EHR and Practice Management experience in an administrator, analyst, or HIM-focused role
Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of Greenway ambulatory platforms, including Intergy EHR and Practice Management and or Prime Suite EHR
Deep system administration experience, including user security, role-based access, templates, clinical rules, forms, and configuration governance
Strong understanding of Greenway audit trail functionality, system logs, and change history as they relate to note creation, modification, signing, and viewing
Proven experience producing complete legal medical records in response to release of information requests, subpoenas, or litigation holds
Ability to articulate how clinical documentation workflows translate into stored data, metadata, and final legal medical record output
Clear understanding of how Greenway manages draft versus signed notes, amendments, corrections, and historical versions of documentation
Preferred
Current or former Greenway system administrator, HIM director, or senior analyst for an ambulatory or OB-focused practice
Formal training or certification related to Greenway Health systems
Master's degree in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related discipline
Direct experience supporting OB or women's health documentation workflows within Greenway
Experience configuring and supporting clinical templates, note types, specialty-specific forms, and documentation rules
Demonstrated expertise interpreting audit trails in the context of disputed documentation timing, authorship, or content changes
Prior consulting, expert review, or client-facing experience in healthcare IT or compliance contexts
Experience working with attorneys, compliance teams, or risk management related to medical record integrity
