The role involves collaborating with creators and growth teams to create campaigns that resonate with audiences and enhance brand perception.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute organic content strategies that drive views, conversation, and community growth across YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Work directly with the creator and our growth team to concept campaigns, hooks, and narratives that bridge entertainment, culture, and commerce
Build playbooks for content virality and conversion, ensuring each post not only reaches millions but also strengthens brand perception and sales
Identify cultural trends, fan behaviors, and storytelling opportunities that align with the brand’s mission and aesthetic
Collaborate with design, eCom, and growth teams to make sure product drops, campaigns, and storytelling all ladder up to one cohesive brand identity

You've built or scaled content that's driven massive organic reach and engagement
You think in systems: virality → community → brand → conversion
You're tuned into youth and internet culture, you know what resonates with Gen Z and what feels off
