Broadband Technician

DCOMM is hiring hands-on problem solvers who hate being stuck in an office. The Broadband Technicians are responsible for keeping internet, TV, and phone services running for homes and businesses, involving installation, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Install and repair internet, TV, and phone services
Run coax & fiber lines, set up equipment, test signals
Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on the spot
Work directly with customers and make their day

Qualification

Installation skillsTroubleshootingCable installationFiber installationCustomer service

Required

Background in installs, assembly, or diagnostics (car stereos, computer builds, cable/satellite installs = huge plus)
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders up to 28 ft)
Valid driver's license + clean record
Willing to work in all weather, evenings/weekends as needed
