Responsibilities
Lead end to end management of new product launches and product development projects for dietary supplement and postbiotic products
Manage product improvement, renovation, and lifecycle initiatives including reformulations, packaging changes, and claims update
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross functional accountability
Drive readiness across formulation, stability testing, packaging, claims, regulatory review, and supply chain
Manage multiple projects in parallel with clear prioritization and structured governance
Lead project governance including gate reviews, risk management, and status reporting
Coordinate external partners including contract manufacturers, testing labs, and design agencies
Act as the primary point of coordination for product launch and development projects in North America
Partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams
Ensure alignment between technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect timelines, quality, and cost
Conduct post launch and post implementation reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement
Support development and improvement of standardized NPD and product lifecycle tools and processes
Ensure project documentation meets global standards and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field
3 plus years of experience managing product launch, product development, or cross functional projects within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, consumer health, or FMCG
Proven experience delivering new product launches and product improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, supply chain, and commercialization requirements in a regulated environment
Experience working cross functionally in matrixed organizations
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment
