Oversee organizational fundraising strategies, including planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropic initiatives
Creating and managing budgets
Leading complex projects
Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure sustained growth and development
Building and maintaining robust partnerships with donors, stakeholders, and other organizational entities to achieve strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in Planned Giving, Annual Giving, and cultivating philanthropic relationships
Competence in Budgeting and financial management
Strong Project Management and leadership abilities
Knowledge of fundraising techniques, donor relations, and nonprofit strategies
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive development initiatives and meet funding goals
Experience working in the infrastructure, technology, or related sectors is an advantage
Preferred
Advanced degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
