Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas
Operate packaging machinery
Pack and place food in refrigerators for storage or in trucks for transport
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Work a flexible part time schedule
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, speak and understand English
Ages 18 and older
Ability to perform activities which require sustained concentration and attention
Ability to perform tasks that are repetitive
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and give consistent and accurate product
Preferred
Some knowledge of food service and kitchen procedures is preferred
