Responsibilities
Work with physician offices to schedule PAT visits
Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet applications
Complete chart audits
Contact surgical offices for missing documentation
Call patients with pre-surgery instructions
Request outside records
Work with staff helping to follow up on requests
Help with coordinating the weekly PAT clinic schedule for all staff (NP, RN, MA, and Surgical Liaisons)
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Completion of a two-year secretarial program or two years of college education with two years of secretarial experience
Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet applications
