Ascendo Resources is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a New York bank. The ideal candidate will manage staff and branch performance while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient running of the branch
Manage and optimize branch workflows, processes, and staffing levels
Ensure that the branch meets or exceeds operational standards, including compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and risk management procedures
Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and building strong relationships
Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and recommending appropriate products and services
Promote a culture of customer service excellence within the branch
Monitor and ensure compliance with lending and banking policies and procedures
Ensure branch adherence to all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in banking in a managerial role

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
