Responsibilities
Provide high level executive support with significant autonomy and discretion
Operate with a Chief of Staff mindset rather than a traditional administrative approach
Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Manage complex and high-volume expense reporting and reconciliation related to frequent executive travel
Maintain organization across shifting priorities deadlines and time sensitive initiatives
Serve as a trusted operational partner and gatekeeper to executive leadership
Be available after hours via cell phone as needed to support executive needs
Ensure executive workflows remain efficient aligned and uninterrupted
Qualification
Required
Senior level Executive Assistant experience supporting C suite or equivalent leadership
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong experience managing complex expense reporting and reconciliation
Exceptional judgment discretion and executive presence
Ability to prioritize pivot quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable operating beyond administrative tasks with a strategic operational lens
Ability to work fully on site in New York
