Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategy sessions and creative check-ins
Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to shape deliverables that align with client objectives
Develop and present campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts
Anticipate client feedback and ensure all work presented is polished, on-brand, and approval-ready
Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform creative direction
Provide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams based on client needs
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by consistently delivering excellence

Required

3–5 years of experience in a creative, strategy, or client-facing role (agency experience preferred)

Proven track record of turning client insights into winning creative strategies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
