District Manager, Hello Sugar Houston
Hello Sugar is the fastest-growing Brazilian-wax and med-spa franchise in Texas, and they are seeking two high-octane District Managers to level-up their Houston market. The role involves managing culture and people, driving operations and growth, ensuring training and quality, and problem-solving across multiple salon locations.

Responsibilities
Model and enforce a •no-gossip, all-team• culture; build inclusion one employee at a time
Recruit, coach, and performance-manage 60-80 estheticians across 6 locations each
Lead weekly stand-ups, quarterly town-halls, and 1:1 development plans
Hit revenue, membership, and retention targets; analyze P&L for each salon and course-correct fast
Execute new-store openings, remodels, and brand standards audits
Drive KPI dashboards (rebooks, retail %, client NPS) and report straight to ownership
Certify teams on waxing, laser, and med-spa protocols (we’ll train you on the technical)
Ensure 100 % state-board compliance and safety checklists
Roll out promotions and product launches with zero service disruption

Qualification
Required
3+ years managing multiple locations (retail, hospitality, fitness, or QSR)
Proven track record of beating KPIs while improving team engagement
Comfortable being in-salon 5 days/week and driving ~60 % of the time
Sharp communicator—can rally a room, send a concise Slack, and defuse conflict fast
Eligible to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience in beauty, med-spa, or health-club industries
Spanish fluency
Process-improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
