Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for high net worth clients, responding to requests and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Support advisors with account servicing, onboarding, and ongoing client relationship management
Prepare and process account documentation, including new accounts, transfers, and maintenance requests
Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing client materials, and maintaining accurate client records
Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items to ensure a smooth client experience
Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in client service, operations, or support within financial services or wealth management
Bilingual - English & Spanish
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or portfolio management systems a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience working with high net worth clients
