Responsibilities

Stage and deploy laptops for new hires and replacements
Provision and support iPhones and iPads
Support IT hardware and the physical network layer
Set up desks, peripherals, and onsite connectivity
Assist with documentation and standard operating procedures
Gradually take support tickets across Linux, Microsoft, and Windows environments (training provided in a well-documented environment)
Support office expansion efforts, including new site setup and network readiness

Required

1+ year of Tier 1 / Desktop Support experience
1+ year of basic networking experience
Hands‑on experience working with IT hardware
