Administrative Assistant
Precision Door Service is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their garage door sales and service team. This role involves managing daily office operations, scheduling, dispatching, and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Answer high-volume calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule service calls, installations, and sales appointments
Dispatch technicians and manage daily job calendars
Create and manage customer files, work orders, and service tickets
Prepare estimates, invoices, and basic reports
Follow up with customers on service completion and payments
Support inventory tracking for doors, openers, and parts
Assist with payroll prep, time tracking, and data entry
Qualification
Required
5+ years of administrative experience (home services or construction)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software a plus
Knowledge of garage door parts and terminology
Dispatch experience
Basic bookkeeping (AR/AP)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
