Supply Chain Carbon Emissions Manager

Drive JLL's supplier carbon emissions data collection and analysis program by developing innovative engagement strategies with corporate vendors, transforming raw emissions data into actionable insights, and support advancing our supply chain decarbonization initiatives
This role combines technical data management with strategic vendor relationship building to support JLL's decarbonization journey
Supplier Emissions Data Management. This role will establish and maintain carbon emissions data collection processes across JLL's supplier network. Develop standardized data collection frameworks, work directly with vendors to gather information, and ensure data quality and completeness. Build automated systems for tracking, validating, and updating supplier carbon footprint data on an ongoing basis. Establish data collection processes to gather data and insights from our supply chain. Oversee processes for collecting, calculating, and maintaining data from suppliers
Strategic Vendor Engagement Design and implement innovative engagement strategies to motivate supplier participation in carbon reporting initiatives. Create compelling business cases for vendor collaboration, develop educational materials and workshops, and establish recognition programs for high-performing sustainable suppliers. Build strong working relationships with key vendor contacts to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance
Data Analysis & Insights Development Transform supplier emissions data into meaningful insights that inform decisions and sustainability strategy. Conduct trend analysis, benchmark supplier performance against industry standards, and identify opportunities for carbon reduction across the supply chain. Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that clearly communicate progress and opportunities
Program Innovation & Optimization Continuously evaluate and enhance supplier engagement approaches through pilot programs, technology integration, and process improvements. Stay current with emerging best practices in supply chain sustainability, carbon accounting methodologies, and vendor management tools. Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate carbon considerations into procurement processes
Qualification
Required
6 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management with specific focus on supply chain or carbon reduction initiatives
Bachelor's degree required (environmental science, business administration, supply chain management, or related field)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and carbon accounting frameworks such as GHG Protocol
Proven track record of building effective relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Experience developing and implementing data collection programs, preferably in corporate sustainability or ESG contexts
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical environmental concepts for diverse business audiences
Collaborative problem-solver able to work effectively across functions and organizations
Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through capabilities
Preferred
Advanced degree in sustainability, environmental management, or MBA with sustainability focus
Professional certifications in carbon accounting or sustainability management
Experience with supply chain sustainability programs in large corporate environments
Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks
Background in commercial real estate or professional services industries
