Responsibilities
Provide full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers for a wide range of positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Build and maintain relationships with key partnerships to attract top talent
Market JLL’s attributes to perspective candidates
Regularly analyze and report your success
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting financial services professionals
Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US
Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment while managing projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Recruiting experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting industry is a plus
Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems; Workday experience is a plus
