AccruePartners is seeking a Legal Recruiter to support and execute searches across their Legal, Compliance & Risk Talent practice. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging high-caliber legal talent while collaborating with clients to deliver effective hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage high-caliber legal, compliance, and risk professionals across in-house, firm-side (selective), and advisory roles
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews focused on legal expertise, leadership capability, and business alignment
Manage candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches with accuracy, urgency, and discretion
Prepare candidates for interviews through structured briefing, compensation alignment, and role context
Partner with Talent Advisors and Client Leads to align on role scope, search strategy, and market dynamics
Share real-time insights on compensation, talent availability, and candidate mobility
Support intake calls, search calibration, and candidate debriefs
Maintain accurate activity tracking within the ATS/CRM
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of recruiting experience in legal, compliance, professional services, or regulated domains
Demonstrated ability to recruit attorneys, legal leadership, or compliance professionals
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate relationship skills
Comfort engaging senior-level legal professionals and confidential searches
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
Experience recruiting in-house legal roles or law firm lateral placements
Familiarity with legal compensation structures and market dynamics
JD, paralegal certification, or prior legal industry experience a plus
Experience supporting executive search or advisory-led recruiting environments
