Responsibilities

An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions
Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements
Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace
Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements
Identifies areas for new solution offerings
Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge
Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals
Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions
Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
May perform other duties as assigned

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in driving client design of clinical and business processes
Expertise in solution and technology workflow
Experience in account management and clinical subject matter expertise
Ability to assist in change management and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience in achieving project's targeted outcomes
Deep understanding of research, clinical practices, and solutions
Ability to form longitudinal relationships with clients
Experience in collaborating with development teams to design innovative solutions
Ability to lead solution design for customer engagements
Experience in analyzing external customer needs and designing complex solutions
Ability to influence external customer leadership in acceptance of solutions
Experience in supporting business development efforts

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
